UNIVERGE BLUE™ PROTECT is a two-factor authentication app that adds an additional layer of security, by requesting an additional code, when you sign in to your UNIVERGE BLUE service.
- If you choose to use Push Notifications, the PROTECT app will display a message asking you to 'Allow' or 'Deny' access to your user account. Confirm it is you logging in by selecting 'Allow'.
- If you are using one-time passcodes, the PROTECT app will generate a one-time passcode that you must enter in order to access an UNIVERGE BLUE service.

it tells you to use this to sign into their controll panel. However to register you need to put in the mobile number from the account. Our account isnt a mobile number its a landline for a business. So when it tries to send a message to register the account it cant. Seems like a pretty big oversight when you tell your business customers to get it for security and they cant even use it.
