DESCRIPTION:
The MyAlarm iFob Control app provides real time control and feedback of compatible, IP enabled alarm systems.
Reporting of alarm events via Push notification and email is also available if required.
Users can arm and disarm areas, control outputs and doors, view system troubles and alarm system history as required.
All events performed via the app are recorded in the system history log.
App users are required to use their normal alarm PIN when using the app allowing the alarm system to restrict the user to only functions, areas and doors they have access to. Multiple sites are supported allowing easy interface to your home, office and holiday house etc if required.
Once on a MyAlarm service plan the system owner can create an account on the www.myalarm.com.au web site, where they can assign access for up to 10 iFob users for each alarm system. Various app functions can be restricted by the system owner if required giving them total control.

COMPATIBILITY:
The iFob app is currently only compatible with the panels listed below.
Most older version panels can be upgraded to meet the firmware requirements by your alarm installer.
If you do not have one of the systems listed then do not download the app.

* Bosch - Solution 144 Alarm Panel (via firmware upgrade to Solution 6000 v2.23 and higher)
* Bosch - Solution 6000 Alarm Panel (v2.23 and higher)
* Digiflex - Vision-X Alarm Panel (v2.23 and higher)

* CM751 Ethernet module (v2.16)

REQUIREMENTS:
For the iFob Control app to function your system needs to meet the compatibility requirements listed above.
Your system needs to have been installed and configured for MyAlarm services and you will need to sign up for a MyAlarm service plan with your installer.
A MyAlarm Customer account is required to setup the iFob Control app users for your system.
Contact your MyAlarm installer for more information regarding your alarm system configuration and MyAlarm service plan options.
Not working. Works once and after that it just doesn't reconnect. Nothing works or updates. Tried several times, checked on different phones, checked router and no difference
The app is nevered connected although I keep receiving push message from my Bosch 6000 alarm system. Each time I open the app, an error of "Connectivity issues. Please try again later." always occurs.
Loses my shortcuts all the time. Doesn't connect to the panel sometimes. Macros work half the time. Getting a bit annoying.

annoying app now...takes 10 minutes if I'm lucky to set or unset my alarm. I end up giving up and leaving it off..its useless when you have a pin code..the pin code screen doesnt come up. it works flawlessly if you dont have a pin code to access ifob.
Worked flawlessly for ages, but had to factory reset my phone due to some other issues and contacted my installer for a new code etc. set it all up and now no longer get any notifications when arming and disarming my alarm. Thought it was just me but my wife is having the same issue as well. Seems to have stopped in the last 2 days, have check the setting but notifications are turned on. We both are using Pixel devices running Android 13...
Changed phones to S22 (android 12),now there seems to be a bug when first opening the app. When pressing "connect", when it says "pin required", it briefly shows the keypad to enter it before it minimises again. It then takes a few seconds before you can tap the flashing cursor to then bring up the Keypad again to enter it. Did not have any issue on older Android versions and the delay meant my Alarm went off before I could disarm it after opening a door.
