Notification of possible job in my service area & nothing appears. I have the app open all day & nothing shows when the notification sound goes off. I find it hard to believe someone responded within milli seconds. This has been an ongoing issues for months for me. I have the current version of the app. Why does it not show any info?
I have been using this app to receive loan signings since around 2017. Everything worked fine for about 5 years . I would receive orders weekly and most of the time I was able to accept them with no issues. Then in the start of 2022 I start having issues getting any orders at all. As soon as I would receive an order alert, a message appears saying sorry but it's already assigned to another notary. Sometimes I hear an order alert and there is not even an order in the queue.

Has a bug ... won't let you input the texted MFA code, keeps circling back to log in screen where you have to input user name and password. Had to make about 5 attempts before it finally allowed the code input. This bug needs to be fixed
Horrible company. Poor leadership. Fall in line or get out.
