The app won't stay open for more that 30 seconds. Constantly crashes. To even see your numbers you have to screenshot them before it crashes, but then you can't compare them to track your process. If they can fix the app it would be worth it. Until then I'd say stay away and try a different smart scale and app.
Scale has issues connecting to the app. Customer service is not helpful. If you weigh yourself, reset the scale by taking a battery out and putting it back in (because it has no reset button), and weigh yourself again, your weight will change by multiple lbs. The accuracy claims are overblown. FitTrack is double the price of competitors'scales with no additional value.
They did an update to the app and now the app won't finish the syncing. I have to manually enter my weight but nothing else measures. Will update this review if / when they fix the app.
After the app update my scale synced one time but no metrics other than weight were recorded. It wouldn't even record my weight this morning. Please fix.
Stay far away. Hume provides zero support. The Hume scale that this app is for hasn't synced from Day 1. I even tried syncing with multiple devices. Knowledge IT guy who is bro proficient with Bluetooth, apps, software, Android, etc. I'm opening up a case with the Better Business Bureau as no one will contact to even facilitate a return.
it use to work great then all of a sudden over the last 2 months or so, it crashed most every time I try to weigh, the app just completely crashes.
