FCIHP Private App is an exclusive application utilized by Plovtech Solutions to facilitate internal helpdesk services within the FCTUBEB online platform system, which is wholly managed by Plovtech. Designed solely for internal use, this app aims to streamline access to helpdesk functions within the project.

The app encompasses a range of commonly utilized tools by our helpdesk staff, including functionalities such as changing class arms, searching student results, correcting names, accessing principal listings, and utilizing the SA Phonebook.

Access to the app is granted to specific groups within the organization:

- Deskstaff/Direct Plovtech Staff providing helpdesk support
- Adminsore/Admission Staff at the FCTUBEB desk
- Moteam/Field Staff
- Teamdesk/Internal helpdesk collaboration
