I am having a hard time active this cell

Cannot receive calls only voicemail

I like the way they up dates my phone when I need it

Cecil Stubb's Stop thinking AT&T cares if your phone works. Only the manufacturer does and their apps won't further break your phone like AT&Ts does. Froze up just by trying to delete this unnecessary app that Samsung made of their own and ACTUALLY works. At&T, you're a joke. Go throw more money at McConnel or choose wise business moves like investing back into your decripet infrastructure.
