BOS:311 enables Boston's residents to improve their neighborhoods by reporting non-emergency issues in their communities, like potholes and graffiti.
Reports are automatically fed into the City of Boston’s work order system to track and assign them to City staff. Through the app, you can follow the status of your request, as well as the statuses of other reports in the City. There’s even a map to get an easy overview of active reports in Boston.
The smart suggestion is too slow. Besides, the Apple map is even worst. I couldn't even drag the pin on the web interface.
Helping a lot of people
Perfect helps with trash pickup
It would be great if a response was given or details of what is being done. J7st crickets! The app is great, those that check it, not so great.
Why force an update to a non-working app? Everyone was fine using the previous version that was 100% functional, instead of this junk that freezes the entire phone.
I agree
The app is fine, but the service is not. No enforcement of illegal parking, with or without reports in East Boston. This app started off as a supplemental tool to draw attention of Boston civil servicers to specifics they could have missed. Now the city expects citizens to use the app do its job for them. "Pandemic" is over; perhaps we could have the prepaid services back now? Despicable.
