The message center of the app is no longer functional. Contacting kings support also does not work.
They have now blocked Kings Crumbl cookie and Mountain Mike's promos from some phones
Unable to sign on and link with ticketmaster account. I have unistalled and reinstalled multiple times. Can't use my royalty pass. Please fix the app ASAP.
Fix your app, cannot connect to ticketmaster, have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and tried everything to get to the tickets section. Fix the app
not sure what happened but this season the app wont link to my ticketmaster account. I have been unable to get any games or added benefits. Extremely frustrating to have a useless app. I use the tickemaster app instead, losing out on the fan rewards.
Since Ticketmaster has taken over, I can't sign in to my Kings App such as getting into my royalty points when at the concession. I had to change my password several times. Absolutely ridiculous. The only way to get to get to my tickets was to a website, and save it to my phone. This has been very incovenient!!!!
