LizardEdge for Metolius Rock Rings is an application that will help you to train on a hangboard. The app has implemented a training set only for Metolius Rock Rings.
Application gives voice commands (of course TextToSpeach data in your android settings should be installed) telling you which exercises you have to do, how long you should rest, how many series etc.
You can edit your trainings in the app by using a built-in editor. Insert your custom descriptions which will be read aloud just a few seconds before you exercise and additionally you can share them with friends inserting some custom messages ;).
The author (me ;) ) was not hired to write this app. He just climbs and wanted to write an app which fullfills his needs in 100%. The application will be further developed. I will add new functionalities and I will try to make my best to make this app useful for everyone. Now thanks to everyone who will decide to use it :).
Great addition to rock rings. Exercise Logging (to .txt file) and a Calendar checkmark for which day the exercise was done would be nice.
Been using this for 10 months now and it has really helped my climbing workouts. Simple and clear to use and the progression between levels seems pretty spot on. Best hangboard app I have found. If it could give it more than 5 stars I would!
Low the app. but what is 2x pull up and hang? Do you do a pull up and hang twice, or do you do two pull ups and then hang?
Great app makes training easy, and encourages one to use their boards
Great for the rock rings but my buddy has the version for the biggest metolius hangboard and it's got all the same workouts but his easiest ones are harder than my hardest ones. Needs a little more difficulty consistency between hangboard models. He's leaving me in the dust while staying on the same levels.
