It's 18 hrs away from the 3rd/4th playoff and I can't log into the app to get my tickets! Problem is I got a new phone because my old one died. The apps says it can't log me out of old app and to do it manually. Obviously I can't and to contact customer service. I do that and get an email saying the will respond in 5-7 days! Oh my God what a debacle. Others have had the same issue. How can this happen. There's no number, no online chat, I'm screwed! Simply disgusting from FIFA!

where is men's world cup ticket?
Please fix the login from a new device. My old phone was broken and I don't have access to it. You could have just login me in, in the new device and log me out from the old device. Why do I have complete a form in order to remove my old device and then you will get back to me after couple of days or maybe more!!!
