Cannot log in. Error message.
Once every few years, I get a rare problem where I can't log in via Facebook. It's a server-side issue, but it's very inconvenient. I have to be persistent with support to get it fixed. While I can't log in, I can't access my dive log. I'm still experiencing the same issue. Can the support team help me get my account fixed?
app servers and website seem to be permanently down
If you can't sync your dive computer to this app, download sub surface mobile app. The deepblu dive computer is compatible, and it works.
Just got a new phone and went to update my deepblu app and sync to my cosmiq+ dive computer only to discover they no longer support and have shut the servers down. Totally useless now.
Can't login to app. Can't log my dives.
Completely unable to log into my account on the app. Update: I've looked further into this and they have shut down their servers for this app in December of 2023. They neglected to tell their user base and has essentially made my dive computer useless as I can't log into it to even change my settings. I was subscribed to their newsletter and never heard anything about shutting down their servers.
