Not able to signup
I rarely leave reviews, but I am sick of spam emails. I optimistically signed up for multiple groups, but my schedule changed, and I am no longer able to attend many events. Meetup makes signing up for different groups relatively easy, getting out is a pain--at least on their website. I've not used the mobile app specifically, but I signed up on their website. Once you sign up for a group, you'll get emails with an option to unsubscribe, but that doesn't stop all group emails. I'm so over it.
Meh, or perhaps a bit less than meh. Why lock undos behind paywalls? (I realize you need to make money somehow, but from my point of view this is excessive. What if someone else used your device? What if you have second thoughts? Apart from this, the app is pretty meh.
