The service is a scam. You cannot actually print hyperphotos as the backend sever is no longer operational. BEWARE!
Worked great at first, but the app won't let me print anything from my media because it says I haven't granted permissions, when I have. It has access to everything but nothing appears, then when I try to tap recenta, it crashes.
No longer serves the purpose of the hyperphoto. Either doesn't register the hyperphoto when it does actually print one or most often does not print them. I assumed they had just abandoned the product but given an update was just released I am disappointed
It won't connect to my phone via Bluetooth. All of their support pages no longer exist. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Do not buy.
Worked a while ago now it doesn't. Would be nice to use my photo printer, not sure what other apps works with it.
The printer worked once, long ago. Not anymore. I printed nine images then didn't print again for a while, I rebooted everything and it didn't work, now the app keeps crashing and it won't open. It's a great little device but until there are significant software improvements, it's very frustrating. Do not recommend as is.
I cant access the app. App has a bug that needs to be fixed
