1) Points not reflected - had to go back & forth with customer service 2) Total spending not reflected - they deduct point to solve this issue and have to wait - these demotivates me to spend with the store 3) Free gift, not stated that randomly massage oil or fork&spoon. I didn't need the massage oil. I need bib & fork&spoon. So I spent by buying bib so I could get free fork&spoon. In the end, I didn't get both bib and fork& spoon - as both not in stock 🥴 POOR EXPERIENCE IN USING THE APP..
