I ordered few poster. The order was shipped fairly quickly but the quality of the posters was very bad. I got a refund. The voucher didn't say there is an expiry date. I didn't use it on time and lost my money. I don't recommend the app.
The service is good, the live chat is helpful and does work to help with issues. Don't plan on anything showing up early. My order never showed, never showed as shipped, only lable printed. The help team reordered it for me, then it happened again so I asked for a refund 2 months later, I almost forgot! Track your orders well, and order your Christmas stuff for next year on December 26th.
There doesn't seem to be a way to search for a specific artist by their profile name on the app.
