Worse app ever
Unusable and unhelpful! Every time I try to put my payment information into my account I get an error message, but it doesn't say what's wrong! I've even tried multiple cards, same issue! Turns out they need to process 3 payments that get checked as fraudulent. After sorting it out,I was able to place an order for two bottles of Rock Hill bourbon. Order and payment were confirmed... TWO WEEKS LATER,I got a reply from Minibar about my payment issue, but even worse, THEY SOLD MY BOTTLES!WHAT???
I would give a 0 star review if possible. I kept trying to checkout but I kept receiving error messages. Chat support wasn't any help. Waited over 30 mins for someone to join chat and waited for another 30 mins for them to research the issue. I step away for 3 mins and they close the chat. Ridiculous, I would never use them. The only reason I tried so hard is because I was gifted a gift card for minibar.
Slow delivery
Couldn't even get an experience because the app was awful and kept crashing too bad since I was craving some plantation rum.
