App won't load items when I search. Live chat isn't working on website. I texted the # for customer service they never responded. Emailed twice asking a question and the person is literally stupid. Ignoring what I'm asking and answering to other things I didn't even ask. Horrible customer service, and I'm about ready to stop ordering from them. I simply want to change out an item from my order before it ships since I chose wrong color.
