How Does it Work?
1. Shop online or in-store, and earn points that can be redeemed for Fresh Rewards.
2. Earn 1 point for every dollar spent on groceries and general merchandise when you shop Kroger.
3. Complete quizzes and polls, and participate in bonus point shopping events to earn more Fresh Rewards, faster.
4. Enable push notifications in the Fresh Mode app to learn about ways to earn even more bonus points.
5. Visit the Fresh Mode Rewards Center to redeem your points for Fresh Rewards, like Free Delivery, money off your groceries and more!
Please note: The Fresh Mode app is separate from your Kroger.com account and app (that means you can SAVE more when you use both apps).
It helped a little, but meh not many surveys that actually benefited me. Still a dollar or two here and there did help with the ever growing prices. I refuse to do a paid membership at a grocery store.
After two months the app offers points only on gift cards and scanning your receipts and you MUST allow the app to see any banking information on the receipts, like credit card number. My bank card was hacked into the first time I ever used any scanning offer, so never again. This app is useless, like all the promo programs that are good for a couple months and then stop offering points. Disappointing that Kroger stoops to this level.
Love this Kroger's app but I keep forgetting passwords and can't figure out how to straighten it out so I can use it on a daily and download discount coupons
I shop at Kroger multiple times each week. Pickup, in store and delivery. I've only been using the app for a month but I've already gotten enough points + bonus points to claim over $30 in grocery rewards. Money loads directly to my Kroger card. I've had no problem with points not loading, not sure why other reviews state that has been an issue. I do have boost so many of the points I've received are doubled or even 4x's. I can't recommend this enough. You have nothing to lose (it costs nothing)
I cannot sign up for a Kroger loyalty number through the app so I can't actually register for the app. It is also really indescribably stupid to require two separate logins for an in-store app versus the delivery app.
It won't upload receipts. It sucks as bad as the kroger regular app. It continues to just say, "oops, try again later"
This app helped me save more. I advise everyone who wants to save to use it, too.
