The clothes are low quality and often sized inaccurately. I have not been able to keep a single item I've purchased because the sizing can be weird. If an item does fit too big/too small, there's nothing in the description to indicate that. There's also no room for item reviews, so you're spending a lot of money on a chance. They don't take returns, so you have to hope someone else will buy it. The communication is poor. No diversity among the staff.
