The app is no longer working
This app sucks I want to shop the store and want their ads I would never order food online for pick-up or delivery I will pick my own food thanks
The app is useless for finding things in the store (other grocery store apps will tell you which aisle things are in, and some even bring up the store map with a marker showing the approximate shelf location.) The store computers obviously know where things are and about how many are still in stock, so it's a no-brainer to have the app pull that information in a search. I don't like to shop where they make it hard for you to find things, so we rarely shop there.
It is very convenient to order and pick during busy hours!!!
Most of the time when I start shopping, the app tells me that there are delivery and pick up times available for the current day, but when I go to check out it tells me nothing is open for the current day. Kind of disappointing. I love Heinen’s, and I hope the app will improve. Edit: this happened again today (9/7). Started shopping with pick up times open, clicked back a second later, nothing open.... I realize spaces must fill up quickly, but not all of them all at once.
