I love the sales, but the app and website don't work most of the time. I have to go through facebook for any of the deals. It keeps telling me the app isn't working and it wants to close out. When I go to the website, it keeps loading each time when you sign in and keep telling you to resign in once you do, and it kicks you out. I tried on a desktop pc, laptop, tablet, and smartphone. I use Chrome to open it, but it's still the same thing. Support, please fix these issues.

Uninstalled because now you have to sign up. I have used this app for years and wish there were an option to use this without having to (I would hope enough money was made through the use of clicks in posts). Sad to say goodbye to this app.
The entire Hip2Save business/community/app etc is so much more than saving money! The best deals Ive ever gotten are from Hip2Save; however, because I watch them on FB stories, religiously! (I feel like i know them IRL); Collin (founder and owner) & her entire remote TEAM of genuine, unique, & talented people... who love their careers & work so flawlessly together is refreshing and inspirational! The deals are awesome; but the people behind them, are even greater!
Hip2Save shows deals that don't show up on similar apps. I'm not a huge fan of the new update. I'd rather it open my actual browser or Amazon app to complete a purchase instead of an overlay window. Maybe it's just me, but I'd rather share payment info in as few places.
Latest upgrade stinks! Very slow, gets stuck. With the new layout you can only see 3 deals at a time. The previous one was so much better. I don't even want to get on the app anymore bc it takes too long to scroll. When I look at a deal I can't get out of it. It gets stuck! I've reinstalled three times to no avail.
The app is not what it is to be. Most of the links are either items are sold out or don't take you to the item that's on sale. Not as many good deals as before . If things aren't on sale anymore, cross them out like before!!
