Terribly glitchy app now. With okay customer service... chat not working atm.. When checking out items can become unavailable, but you don't have a chance to resolve it. So offers go away. Getir is clearly not supporting the app, unsure why its still a thing. Maybe anti-trust...
Bad design, can't see input screen fields for registration on Samsung snote s10+
Making an order, paying and then the order is 1h late and the customer support is broken, their website is broken and you can't contact them anyway.
My first review was 5 starts. That was when they first started. I have to change my review though. Do not order fresh fruit and vegetables because they are really bad quality. I have also gotten moldy feta cheese from them. Not to mention that there are constantly replacing items with other similar items without asking. The delivery people are always friendly which might be the only good thing about Gorillas now. -2021 Nothing has changed the quality of the baked goods is horrible.
Delivery so far on multiple orders has been lightning quick. The ordered fresh produce were all in good state and indeed fresh. Really happy with the overall experience until now.
Awful customer service. Add items to your order and no one wants to help or even discuss. Just generic copy and paste answers. Really gone down hill. Be aware your may get scammed. Look at the other reviews and you'll see. Be aware they are also Getir so expect the same support. 3.1 out of 5 days it all....
