I can't log in to my account. I tried resetting it through my password, but I'm not getting an email to reset my password.
Ordered something, was supposed to get here yesterday, but it says that usps is still waiting to receive it. I called customer service and they won't do anything about it.

For years I had a great experience with GameStop, using all their membership programs, trading in games. I've been doing business with them for over 20 years in one form or another. The past two experiences with them have made me leave for good. Nothing is worth having no loyalty or care for your customers. Losing over 80$ to the company due to their lies is the last straw. Also the app itself is clunky and often doesn't match current inventory. Just like the site. Find a better place for gaming
