I agree this app is glitchy and makes checking out difficult and frustrating especially when I have to continuously log in to my account.
Not that pleased. I have been using Kroger's pickup service for several years now, and I would recommend that Food Lion send some secret shoppers to Kroger to see how it is. There is only one app for Kroger, not a second app for pickup. The 3 times I have picked up from Food Lion, I have had problems with calling in during a pickup, items not available, and items not delivered but I have to return to the store a refund. Honestly, I'd rather drive the extra miles to Kroger for better service.
Have hard time checking out
The app is very glitchy for Android. It will not allow you to checkout if there is still an item in the search bar. Also, it charges the first payment method on file even if you select an alternative payment method. I have two cards on file because I buy groceries for two different households. I routinely have to reimburse myself out of my father's account because the app charged my card for his groceries. It's quite frustrating.
We live close to Food Lion they have sales on a lot of products that ŵè buy .and they are helpful ,
Most visits are very pleasant.
