This company stole my money. Don't ever buy from them. My order was delayed indefinitely because it was out of stock (not listed as such on the website). I asked to cancel my order after about a month and they did that but didn't refund the money! I'm trying to resolve with better business bureau.
I've been buying here for years, but something seems to have happened in the last six months. My latest order was shipped to an old address, despite the correct one being listed on the order form, and now I am out $220 and they're stonewalling me on any resolution. They were great, but please don't order here if you actually want to receive anything.
Worst site to order clothes ever, they don't send your orders, and when you ask for a refund, they will not answer your phone calls or email.
I used to swear by eShakti and have been a loyal customer for years - but something has changed recently and their communication and customer service is non existence
My review is not about the app but the company itself. Please think carefully before placing an order with this company. I submitted an order, they took my money, and I never received the product nor can get customer service to assist. The last time customer service responded was to acknowledge that the goods were not sent. Therefore, they have now knowingly taken money for goods/services not rendered. Do you really want to spend your hard earned money on a company with these 'ethics'?
Best store for women's dresses. 👏 i am in between sizes and I hate sleeveless. Plus they put pockets on all dresses! Great quality and you can customize everything. It fits like a glove. I can't tell you how often people comment on my dresses. ❤️
