Downloaded the app, put in my info, verified my email and get a message that you can't verify my identity and that's it?! Or did you just steal my info when collecting it and not letting me log in.
APP IS A SCAM. I am tired of completing 10-30 min surveys for Tap Research only to have Tap Research glitch and not give me my credits due completing the survey. You give them what they want and they DO NOT pay you. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. Oh and there's no way to dispute Tap Research.
The limit on when we can cash out is ridiculous. I have been able to cash out for over a month now but can't because I'm missing the barely available cash out window. I am getting close to not even recommending this app to anyone. What's the point?

Okay you delay payment on points thru besistos when other apps instantly pay. And now when I paid to upgrade to the plus version to cash out immediately I get a message saying that I can only cash out at specific times. That's messed up to offer a feature that costs me money to use that's unusable.
