Always losing service seem like it runs slow unless I am over Wi-Fi
I loved Boost Mobile, Not Anymore! My plan keeps over charging me, and when I call customer service they apologize and do nothing! No more Auto pay for me! Also my balance was over my monthly charges and they still shut my service off! I really hope they improve their service or my family member's and I are done!
I been with Boost Mobile for over 10 years and have had the best experience with them, i just wish they hadn't canceled their spam block ad on, they offer good phones for responsible prices, i do wish their maximum data level was more then 36gb before they slow down the data speed
