These guys are amazing. Customer service is a live person via chat, this app has made our lives soooo much easier. We love them
App doesn't work( bugs?); added info multiple times, verfied info (email, payments, etc.) but then says mobile app "can't do that, switch to full site" only to have all info wiped (tried 3 times). Wasted an hour going in circles, meanwhile cleaners want $125/hr. Maybe that's the going rate for a multi BR cabin but a small 1br condo with no hotub? Too $$$.
Seems half-baked, as many features which are necessary for me to manage my properties are inaccessible through the app and need to be accessed via the website. If the features were fully implemented, it would be fine.
This is app is great when it works, but it doesn't always work and that is super frustrating. From the app crashing periodically, to messages not being sent or recieved, to cleaners not showing up to jobs.....the app needs a desperate upgrade.
This could be a really good app. I do like the ease of getting a cleaner for my vacation rentals. I don't like that it asks if I want update the app every time I log in. The other issue is when my cleaner marks the inventory as high, I get a notification that it was reported as low. Once the bugs are worked out, it will be a good app.
Mary was wonderful.. So helpful and informative and solve my issues.
I need ability to message all cleaners once reservation is confirmed to see which cleaner would like to "accept" the cleaning "first"...once accepted, then invitation to other cleaners expires or schedule is "filled."
