Nice to log time as it runs, not for manually filling logs for when you did not start the timer. Let's day: after a 10 hours session you want to add a 10 hours entry for it to be removed from the budget but you can't. Unless you manually adjust the budget but still, you can only track how much the app remained opened with the timer running. A little limitative, IMO. But might suit your needs instead.

This is a great app... but it is difficult to understand the wording. I don't believe it was written by a native English speaker, so it's difficult to understand. Once you figure out how to interpret the UI and the broken English, it's actually a great app.
