If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Singpass app suddenly not working after 1 May 2024. Have been using the app daily for work purpose and all of the sudden can't use anything. Prompted me to setup, complete until facial recognition stage and was prompted "something went wrong" message. Even the singpass support team cannot help I am stuck as I need to login using singpass on daily basis. So disappointed.
been having problem with the app. call customer service and told me to wait again. 3 month already. pkm.
Don't know why we have to separately agree to the Ts&Cs of the Government's contracted supplier. Basically we are held hostage to Singpass anyway. Why should a citizen have to effectively sign a contract with a supplier we couldn't choose? Terms should be decided btw govt and their supplier. Govt is responsible for safeguarding citizen's info on SingPass. Has the govt even reviewed their supplier's T&Cs that every citizen is forced to accept or not be able to transact with the govt?
