please keep the app updated. the insurance option (parcel guard) has been broken for a long long time ... I'd like to believe normal updates and bug fixes happen even if you only have one part time employee handling app development... maybe hire a kid or something.
They don't refund me the credit of $170 after canceling my account.
There are necessary features missing from the app i.e. carrier pick-up setup missing, edit for multiple packages, etc. I only use the website.
Needs multi package support for UPS, FedEx etc. Have to use a computer to process half my orders because it doesn't support multi-package. Five Stars One multi package support gets added.
App logged me out and will not let me log back in. Using correct login credentials and it simply spins and then says to contact support. This app is useless. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I can login with the same device and the same credentials online, but the app just spins. FIX THIS APP
spent 30 minutes with support to fix blocked account after entering the correct password on my phone, mobile and the website. inly suggestions were use another phone (don't have one), and using incognito browser, which also doesn't work. can log in via desktop, but use mobile to check orders and its broke. the blocked error message says they sent an email to unblock, which they did not, checked apam and all folders, nothing received. support is useless if they can't fix a login issue.
