Can't login anymore. Very inconvenient.
Was a pretty decent app, but just like many other reviews it got updated and now never opens and only has loading dots that even when left alone for 15 minutes didn't load. Restarted, re-downloaded, used wifi / no wifi and just does not work. Not worth your time. If your company uses this do not expect much from it. If they can fix the issue I will probably update my review, but for now it's straight garbage
Correct username and correct password. And I still cannot get in. Just keep getting the revolving circles. I even restated my phone, check my Wi-Fi, and reinstall the app four times. I finally uninstall the app. I will just use it on the work computer. I don't have time for this!
Use to work, can't log in now. Just shows the loading symbol
If my work didn't force us to use this app. I would never use it. App hardly works on a phone and very inconvenient
Very poor app, don't waste your time.
The app updated and now I can't log in. I've called customer service and they said bc I am the only case, they basically can't help me. I know of others who are having issues with the app and have not called. Please call if you are experiencing this as well. I cant be the only one!! Very frustrating 😕
Added ability for Azure hosted sites to sign in with SSO.
