Cannot view cameras in landscape. Was working prior to Android 13. Now I am on Android 14 on Pixel 7pro.
Does not connect to the Nas at all.
As others have stated there is a major sensitivity issue with the landscape to portrait rotation (autorotation) that makes the app completely a joke to use on mobile when you are trying to view videos. Qnap where is your QA team? You just put an update out to add a FAQ and enhanced customer support but literally didn't address a glaring issue with the app. As another stated this app has almost seemingly been abandoned from actually being worked on from overall performance to features.
Connects to Qnap, but completely does not view or playback channels on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. Works on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without issue, hence it would mean that the app was not tested on tablets before launch.
While the app seems to work OK, I am giving it 3 stars because it is practically impossible to use it in landscape. I dont know what kind of setting it has but it is super sensible and it is impossible to keep the video in landscape. Hope this can be fix.
I don't get all the bad reviews. I like this app better than the related PC software (QVR Pro client). Works just the way I'd expect it to. If you find it too eager to switch orientation when you move the phone around, just temporarily disable your phone's Auto Rotate. One tap. Sheesh...
