For the amount of money they're charging for these systems, what you get is pretty average. Connectivity is painful at times. For some reason location services *have* to be on to use the device? There is almost zero trouble shooting available for faulty units, and the units lifespan is quite short. Physical interaction is very hit and miss too. Did I turn it off? Will I get zapped again shortly? No way to know! I'm sure somebody else could make this product better and significantly cheaper.
New pavlok 3 app doesnt work with pavlok 2 band. After pairing the app constantly crashes. You must still use this app to use your pavlok 2. In order to bypass the upgrade pop up you can close the app in the background and restart. That will usually give you enough time to set an alarm before that annoying upgrade pop up comes up
I have not missed a day of work since I've bought this. Except the one time I let it die. I appreciate the fact that the watch still goes off even if it isn't connected to your phone. My phone could be dead and it will still work. The sleep tracker never works. Ever. Please fix. This watch has literally helped change me as a person. Set routines. Fix habits. One thing is I unknowingly have mastered taking the watch off before the thing shocks me while I'm sleeping. Lol
Gave 4 stars because it works. 2 for the app alone. It's clunky and slow, and unintuitive. It's features are pretty underwhelming considering the $150 price of the device itself Got this because my wife was sick of hearing the 5 alarms it took to get me up on time. Pavlok has fixed that problem but I wake up angry every day. If you're fine with that, then this is for you. If you don't have a light sleeping partner, I'd recommend almost anything other than what is, essential, a shock collar.
Its great everyone needs one really get Pavlock 2
