• Upgrade your phone or plan: Pick it up in the store, or have it delivered to you. You can also make changes to your plan right from the app.
These people still have not gotten rid of their 90s dial up internet servers, which explains why I almost never see my internet go above 30kbps when I run out of high speed data. The cherry on top? You can no longer force renew your plan since they now make you pay if you want to say, go from $30 to $45 monthly plan, then back to $30 plan. This is to upsell those high speed data add ons, which are no longer $10 for 5gb, but 1gb for the same price.
This firstnet with At&t is horrible. Lot's of phone outages, lagging, cannot access voicemail or make calls.
This app takes longer than dial up did to load... Plus at&t did not give me any deals that was promised when we signed up. Long time customers should get the same discounts as new accounts plus an additional bonus for staying... Not happy with this service yet

It is the slowest and worst internet I've ever had, and it's fiber optics on top of it.... It also says I'm hooked up to Comcast I don't have anything Comcast here worst mistake of switching over to AT&T
This app still sucks. Just updated it AGAIN and it says....hmmmm...something went wrong try again. 4 times later same thing. Very aggravating. Still a 0

With this update, you can add new lines and choose wireless plans directly within the app.
New notifications will keep you informed about the status of your internet repair appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your appointments directly in the app.
