Mav-Add Vertical Margin

I set the horizontal picture taken today as a background screen, but have you ever been embarrassed because it is full of screens?
Now add the margins up and down the horizontal picture and use it as a background screen.
You can select a picture from the library, select the color of the margin, and capture it.
