IF YOU SUBSCRIBE FOR A MEMBERSHIP THROUGH THE HOMEPASS MOBILE APP, PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT ORDER CONFIRMATION. YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE EVERY MONTH (YOUR SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD) WITHIN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE END OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.
The Membership fee is U.S. $7.99/month. For first-time customers only, the first month of your HomePass Membership (Promotional Period) is provided at no charge. At the end of the Promotional Period, your Membership automatically converts to a monthly paid Membership unless you cancel your Membership through your account. Other restrictions may apply.

Had an issue with the app not working. Emailed support, was fixed that day. Not this app but I use the Wifi 360 app so since they fixed the issue I am reusing that one! Regardless. They fixed it!
Edit: The cloud issue on Plumes end has been resolved as stated by app support. Upgrading stars for quick response and fix. App is very basic but was at least useful. At least until it decided to stop working. App either just has me sign in, then tells me the device is offline or just tells me it's offline when opening the app. Now, I can not access anything on the router. I know the router is working, as my wi-fi connection is still working, but I can't check anything.
Can't give an honest review since my internet provider "Armstrong " can't keep the internet online long enough to use the app and see what it can do..
5/9/24 I had a power outage due to weather. The system now will not let me log in which now means I cannot get online.... It keeps saying my phone is on airplane mode which it is not..

edit: I can no longer recommend this product. the app seems broken, maybe a cloud outage? support is unresponsive and I believe I've had several hardware failures original: The app has improved a lot since I first set up the system as an early adopter. It provides a lot of control over the network, and shows a lot of great usage details. The system itself is wonderful, very low latency and amazing coverage. Support is really the best part of the experience. Super responsive and knowledgeable.
