Very nice RD service, but this app could be improved: main screen is loading endlessly after second visit, Android device cannot be added, "Launch Terminal" button not working for Windows host, alerts is missing, group combobox is empty despite PC assigned to group

AWFUL IMPLEMENTATION! My old gotoassist administrator app stopped working and told me to update. Couldn't find an update anywhere. Googled and found "go to resolve". Tried the Agent app and all it shows me is Settings. No app at all. Can't find my computers. Can't help any of my users. This is the worst product transformation/rollout in history.
