Often gets stuck in a state where it just shows the keyhole lock screen and must be force-closed and restarted to work again.

Milking paid customer. I have been premium user. But over the years they slowly change their policy and bring all the users who paid onetime premium fee to free users. Wallet is lost. Synchronisation is failed. App developer only cared about money.
I used to absolutely LOVE this app, like 5 stars, everything was amazing. Until one day it wouldn't let me do biometric sign in (fingerprint), which isn't awful until my master password also didn't work. I'm super upset because all my passwords are in there and none of my sign in attempts are working. I've tried many time using the same master password I've always used, but it just won't let me in. This is very disappointing.
How I got the 5 star version back: Open Google Play Store on your Android device. Tap the account icon in the search bar and select the account used to install 1Password 7. From the same menu, tap Manage apps and device. Tap Manage. Tap the Installed drop down. Tap Not Installed. Search for and select 1Password. Tap Install.
I continue to use version 4, single user, for my mobile phone & windows machine! Works Great !!! B.E.
In this release of 1Password 7, we’ve added support for filling your login credentials when navigating to a website in the Google app. We’ve also included additional validation when launching 1Password using a deep link for features such as Duo two-factor authentication and Dropbox sync for a standalone vault.
