Camera locks up every 2-3 days and is unavailable until a reset is done which requires 24 hour wait even tho app is set to real time. The whole system is pure GARBAGE!!!!
I bought the camera when I install the app. However the camera doesn't see the SIM card and won't give QR code for the app to register. Update: camera finally did the qr code, n things are looking up after a couple restarts. I'll update as I go along.
Camera is great, just wish the app had a place to format SD card other than going in the field to retrieve it

Zero customer support. No response to multiple inquiries as to why the system is not working.

All talk just trash. Worked fine 3 days straight. Have done everything in the book besides throw it in trash, yet has not took no more pics while camera status shows everything in working order. No feedback from server. SMH😒
