Organic Architecture special form of art that requires thinking, design planning
The term organic architecture was coined by Frank Lloyd Wright 1867–1959, though never well-articulated by his cryptic style of writing. So here I stand before you preaching organic architecture. Declaring organic architecture to be the modern ideal and the teaching so much needed. if we are to see the whole of life and to now serve the whole of life holding no traditions essential to the great TRADITION. Nor cherishing any preconceived form fixing upon us either past, present, or future but instead exalting the simple laws of common sense or super-sense if you prefer determining form by way of the nature of materials.

Organic architecture is also translated into the all-inclusive nature of Wright's design process. Materials, motifs, and basic ordering principles continue to repeat themselves throughout the building as a whole. The idea of organic architecture refers not only to the building's literal relationship to the natural surrounding but how the building's design is carefully thought about as if it were a unified organism. Geometries throughout Wright's buildings build a central mood and theme.

Essentially organic architecture is also the literal design of every element of a building from the windows to the floors to the individual chairs intended to fill the space. Everything relates to one another reflecting the symbiotic ordering systems of nature.

Architecture is a special form of art one that requires a lot of thinking, planning, and design. It is also a functional form of art because it yields structures that often result in utility. But human architecture is distinctly human. It sticks out from the environment and stands apart from the natural world. Wouldn’t it be something if our cities were designed to reflect nature by mimicking the natural designs of the Earth's topography?

Well in some places they do. Organic architecture is a new trend that is sweeping the design world. Frank Lloyd Wright coined the term and described it as. A form of architecture that interprets nature’s principles and manifests them in the product, creating buildings that are in harmony with the world around them. Here are a few amazing examples around the world.

The organic architecture reflects the harmony between the human habitat and the natural landscape. You will discover how marvelous this connection is after browsing the gallery of the project realized by Gilbartolome Architects in Granada Spain. Embedded deep into the cliff overlooking the Mediterranean. The residence integrates with the landscape and features original interiors inspired by the sea.

It’s not a secret that nature dominated the working team you notice this strong relationship from the beginning. What’s even more spectacular is the fact that the sea and the cliff influenced the interior designs as well as transformed the house into a masterpiece of contemporary organic architecture. Items of furniture with curved lines balconies that overlook the sea, roof tiles similar to fish scales, and all-white rooms of the purity of nature support this statement.
