App keeps crashing
Good little device that let's you print out your memories. My kids and I love using it. The app was easy to use and easy step by step instructions on how to pair via Bluetooth.
I had the kodak printer and it failed. Junked it got hp printer and it's great way to go hp.

I love my sprocket I've had it for several years now and I haven't had any problems with it. I love it 💝
My printer is incredible
I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this app. It claims it has a bug and shuts off unless you turn on all app permissions. Why do you need to know my precice location for printing? BECAUSE YOU DONT. It's janky at best when it comes to editing photos. I wanted to use the tile function, but only for two prints, not four. (The fact this isn't an option is ridiculous) Trying to position the photo on canvas is a NIGHTMARE. I spent over 30 min trying to jiggle a photo into the right spot. Horrible.
