I started Chatbook 30+ volumes ago. I came for the convenience of receiving a physical photo book I don't have to obsessively edit, that was automatically populated by my insta pics. I am increasingly frustrated by the app and the value/ quality of the books. The app was never good. It is always laggy, and I continually have to reconnect insta & facebook. The actual printed books are nice on the outside but the pictures are meh. And really shouldn't the pictures be the priority?!

Not the best app, kind of unclear
This experience has been only stress. I paid a full year up front and per their website you get 13 months. After you pay they want you to keep paying even though you just paid them money for a year. if you don't keep paying themthen you only get 90 days to complete your 12 months. Don't recommend because they aren't ethical and change the timing after they get the money. I wanted this to be fun but it's only been stressful trying to rush and get them done.
