Hopless customer suport i have an account they say yet i use the rest like get no code or email nothing call them in opening hours no answer email them get a welcome to create an account
I hoped this would be useful and prevent extra stress in my life. The glitches, poor graphics and the lack of personalisation is making the app sressful to use. It is not making me feel like the smiling parents on the website. I have issues every time I login, that's when the app actually loads. Overpriced and underperforming. The calendar needs to start the week on a Monday, the colours need to be personalised for inclusion, and the tone monitor needs a lot more features. Very disappointed.
It's not worth the money cause what one parent puts in the app the other parent can delete being spiteful cause they didn't do it or it's not what they what not worth the money been using this app for 2 years now and I dread having to pay for it and use it cause I can do the same right on my phone text/call and when I enter stuff into the app the mom just delete it cause it not what she wants or she didn't get to enter it how she wants this app is not worth the hassle
The messaging application could have better UX for regular use but so far so good.
Does what I need, I like that ex can post a bill & I can hit approve and even pay it through there with no additional fees and keeps record

This is not helpful app,this gives a lot of troubles while using it for voice and video calls.i has a lot of disconnectivity.
