Paid but unfortunately unable to ready the paper

The dark theme isn't on pages but on background so it's not helping at all for us we want dark them on pages we who don't like bright lights so fix that so to get rid of white bright light on pages
I have subscribed to the paper but cannot access the paper despite several attempts. Please sort out the problem with the app.
The app has been working well but it is now perpetually crashing. I don't understand why
