They massively increased the amount they charge me out of nowhere with no notice, no explanation and no reply to my inquiry. I expect it's the typical bait and switch pricing model, but I've been a subscriber for years and the increase came out of nowhere. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription after over a decade as a customer.
In today's world of apps this one is at the bottom of the list. "User Unfriendly". You will be dropped back to "log in" multiple times for touching the wrong back arrow, or X, or just about anything other than just reading. It won't let you print an article or puzzle like you can from the PC. Basically, a really poor app.
Does not properly support the Android "back" button when you have selected an article from within the eNewspaper. Instead of taking you back to the eNewspaper page you came from, it takes you to the app home page.
Enewspaper portion continuously won't load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same issue. App developer needs to wake up and address this issue!
Login to my subscription stop responding to taps several months ago. Reinstalling the app doesn't restore the "button's" functionality. I can only access the email inexpensive through a browser.
Even with an account and logging in will not let you read the eNewspaper on Google Pixel. The paywall doesn't go away. I would consider this a major bug
Constant crashing. Must reboot with username and password each time. Very frustrating. Pages freeze forcing reboot to continue to use
