Not having the option to bookmark articles really brings down the usability of this app
App is terrible. When reading e-version of paper, page sometimes shakes. Double-clicking article on page doesn't generally pull up that artcle as promised. Even the email and phone buttons to contact Chronicle don't work. More reasons to finally cancel subscription?
I am paying several hundreds of dollars a year for the "unlimited" online access and now I have to watch ad videos to be able to do the daily crossword or play any of the games?! That is just silly! The contact buttons in the app don't work either to let you know what I think of this!
Excellent content!
I have been trying to unsubscribe for months!!! The number doesn't recognize me. I did the trial several months ago and soon after tried to unsubscribe. I'm forgetful and I lose track and I feel I have been taken advantage of with the charges that aren't easy to unsubscribe to be free of. In the meantime one star exceeds the rating the Chronicle deserves.
very interesting and relevant articles for Bay Area--not just SF.
