To open the Pixel Buds app:
• On Pixel, connect your earbuds > Bluetooth settings > tap the ⚙️next to Pixel Buds.
• On other Android phones, look for the Pixel Buds app icon on your Home screen.

I'm experiencing the same issue with my Pixel buds A. I fear that I bricked it trying to connect it to my Amazon Fire tablet via Bluetooth. After having no success with connecting, I chose to "forget" my buds on my Pixel 7 Pro phone. The app was greyed out afterwards, and I've tried everything with the app, the buds, and phone to re-pair the phone and buds, but I'm just unable to open the app at all. Google, please do right by us! Update 04/26/2024: Changed rating after their fix worked! Thanks!
Ok hardware. Really poor and buggy integrations. I would honestly not recommend Google Pixel Buds. Get something with a similar price point with better hardware, and you won't get pestered by Google Assistant or other Google Services.

Almost had a disconnection crisis but it worked itself out.
No easy way to update firmware after a factory reset
Pixel buds pro 3 need to have separate LEDs for each bud to indicate that they are charging How many times have I placed the bus back to charge and guess what 1 bud is fully charged and the other one is at 3% so annoying!! And the case still has enough charge
At one point this app was on my phone and I used it to find my earbuds. That was great. Since then the app has disappeared off my phone. When I go to the play store it tells me it's downloaded and to update. Whether I try to uninstall or update the app goes haywire and does not work. I'd love to uninstall it and reinstall it and see if it works again but it's like a phantom app.
