Aww man this app is useless. Just stick to whatever streaming service you use to control your music. No equalizer setting for this bass heavy mini monster (amplify) which sucks cause as heavy in weight and as compact as the amplify speaker is you want to believe there's more to it than what it is. Then again, it was a freebe from the cable company for staying with them when they adjusted our plan.

Completely worthless app... I've contacted customer service multiple times just to get a brush off and "sorry bout your issues but there is nothing we can do from our end" You would think after spending over $400 on a product of theirs it would work or at minimum the company would be helpful... waste of money... period.... nobody buy this piece of garbage
This is a very poor app and the Amplify Altice speaker is only ok. 1. The app is very difficult to use. At first I thought it was me, then realized it was the app. Finally after the app/speaker were set up still no good. Everytime you click on the app it takes forever if you are lucky to locate the speaker. 2. The speaker only sounds ok at higher volume. Good bass but no treble or mid and sounds very murky w no equalizer to adjust. Help! Rework this App!

Disappointed and will return the unit as soon as I speak with customer support. Horrible device. takes me hours to setup and ended nowhere. Not easy to setup . opposite to what is advertised.
