Works well. Reliable. Video quality is, on average, good.
Just switched our active private practice from completely manual to the SP automatic system. All our start-up issues were resolved promptly. We have upgraded our plan to provide additional features. Good tools are available, but do take diligent study using available tutorials. Overall, a very good service.
Serves the purpose for a very small practice but it is not always very intuitive.
Overall the app has been fine, I've used it for years. But this new update broke it for me. Everytime I open the app, it takes me to April 1st and it's super annoying at this point. I came to see if others had problems like that and it seems the latest update caused some issues for other people too.
Mobile application is not syncing with the full application, causing scheduling conflicts, unprofessional results.
What's going on? No client's? Please fix!
I wish I could access CL files more easily from the app. Also, with SP in general, there are times when I need to speak with someone in customer service and find it very difficult to not end up with unhelpful AI or emails that take days to maybe resolve issues.
